pre-draft preparation
The pressure of preparing, rise and grinding, waiting and repeating every day for that call up is not easy on our pro athletes, so that is why here at OTGSM, we are consistently setting our pro athletes up with the best trainers and facilities, meal plans, accommodations, transportation and everything in between, so they can focus on getting that call and showing up to do the hard work.
Contract negotiation
we are on your side of the table and our sole goal is to ensure you are being made to feel your worth. We are always available to answer any questions, be the sounding board & give advice, especially when negotiations get real.
post-season support
When the season wraps up, our work is not done for our pro athletes. we are constantly grinding to provide ways for them to stay in the most prime shape physically and mentally for that next season to roll. while also working with community outreach programs to take advantage of the off-season & the opportunity to give back.
Transitional Movement
When our pro athletes decide it is their time to put down the pads, we are here to support any movements to other paths including, but not limited to: coaching, media, influencer, etc.
Marketing and Branding
OTGSM may be a smaller agency to some, but there is absolutely nothing small about our reach on social media and ensuring our pro athletes are being seen and sought after, on and off the field.
Endorsements and deals
similar with our marketing and branding, the opportunities for endorsements and deals for our pro athletes is vast. we have a well-seasoned team here at OTGSM with ongoing contacts and networking relationships to get the ball across the finish line for you.
Community relations & outreach
One of our biggest passions here at OTGSM, is being in our communities. We partner with park districts around the north shore to provide youth non-contact football camps during the school year and summer. our hope is that our pro-athletes see their positions as ways to positively influence their own communities and we are here to facilitate that.
